This is a true partnership. You'll need to allocate time each month for shoot days (on-site or in-studio), employee/customer interviews, quick reviews of content plans, and approvals. We will communicate regularly, strategy calls, planning sessions, and updates, to keep momentum high. Both sides must stay engaged. Regular communication is non-negotiable for great results. If you can't commit to consistent involvement, the partnership won't reach its full potential.

Your leadership team and key employees are fully bought-in and willing to be on camera.
Authentic video content requires real people. Your CEO, executives, and team members need to be available and open to participating in interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and thought-leadership moments. We've seen partnerships struggle when this is addressed months into the contract. Getting buy-in early prevents delays and creates content your team is proud of.

You have (or are ready for us to help build) a clear marketing and content strategy.
Video amplifies your marketing, but it works best when tied to defined goals like LinkedIn growth, lead generation, and brand authority. Idaho Studio will collaborate with you to create or refresh a content strategy, including key messages, themes, and interview questions. You bring your industry knowledge and big-picture direction; we bring the video expertise to turn it into scroll-stopping content. Don't expect us to own your entire marketing strategy, that's a joint effort with you leading the vision.

You understand our deliverable policy: if you don't use it, you lose it.
Our partnership includes up to a set amount of content per month. That means you need to schedule shoot days and provide access for us to hit that number. If nothing gets scheduled, or there isn't enough opportunity for us to capture content, we can't reach the contracted deliverable goal, and unused months don't roll over or carry forward. At the end of the contract, if you didn't engage, nothing additional is owed. To get the most out of this partnership, you've got to show up, schedule consistently, and give us what we need to deliver. The results come from the commitment on both sides.
